Ngobrolin Film Bird of Prey : Aksi Sang Gadis Gotham Paling Jahat
Bulan Februari ini banyak banget jadwal rilis film keren yang sudah ditunggu sejak 2019 lalu, dan pada Jumat( 7/2/2020) kemarin saya berkesempatan untuk nonton Bird of Prey di CGV Grand Indonesia, Jakarta, dalam even Girls Only Screening Invitation on Screen X .
Saya yang tadinya enggak ngerti apa itu teknologi Screen X, akhirnya mendapatkan pengalaman baru dalam menonton film yang luar biasa.
Screen X memungkinkan penonton untuk ikut merasakan sensasi menjadi bagian dalam film yang sedang diputar, karena pada saat-saat tertentu dinding bioskop pada kanan dan kiri juga ikut menampilkan gambar film.
Buat saya hal ini menjadi sebuah terobosan keren yang patut banget untuk dicoba.
Untuk harga tiket pada Jumat kemarin adalah Rp 80.000 di CGV Grand Indonesia.
PENDAPAT SETELAH MENONTON
Tokoh Harley Quinn (Harley) dalam Bird of Prey seolah mewakili perasaan banyak perempuan. Ia secara implisit mengangkat isu-isu yang selama ini mengakar dalam masyarakat dengan budaya patriaki, dimana perempuan hanya dianggap sebagai makhluk kelas dua tanpa prestasi yang perlu dibanggakan.
Dengan tak bermaksud mendukung sebuah tindak kejahatan demi alasan apapun, Bird of Prey dapat dikatakan sebagai film perempuan yang disuguhkan dengan cara paling asik dan gila.
Film dibuka dengan penjabaran bagaimana hubungan Harley dan Joker berawal hingga akhirnya putus dengan alur cerita maju-mundur diselingi sisipan kehidupan singkat sang Daddy’s Lillte Monster. Disusul dengan rentetan usaha Harley dalam melepaskan diri sebagai bayang-bayang sang kekasih, dan disinilah cerita dimulai.
Aksi kejar-kejaran Harley dan para penjahat setelah status hubungannya dengan Joker berakhir, bak mengumpamakan betapa berbahayanya kehidupan seorang perempuan. Baik di dunia nyata atau di dunia maya sekali pun, seorang perempuan sangat rentan untuk menjadi korban. Tindak pelecehan, penipuan, pemerasan,bahkan kekerasan secara fisik dan mental, membayangi para perempuan dengan begitu lekat.
Pertemuan Harley dan para sahabat barunya juga seperti menegaskan bahwa ternyata para perempuan pun secara tak sadar dapat berbuat ‘jahat’ dengan sesama kaumnya. Namun perkelahian mereka kala melawan penjahat seolah menjadi gambaran bahwa dalam keadaan yang mendesak, para perempuan dapat mengesampingkan semua kepentingan pribadi dan memilih untuk saling mendukung.
Adengan paling konyol saat Black Canary mengeluarkan suara mautnya dan semua penjahat langsung jatuh!
Namun di sepanjang durasi film yang ada, saya paling terenyuh saat Harley merasa begitu sedih kala teman-temannya justru tak percaya ketika ia mengatakan bahwa hubungannya dengan Joker telah berakhir. Harley seorang menjadi ikon dimana seorang perempuan seolah menjadi ‘benda tak bertuan’ dan tak berharga sebagai seorang manusia.
