Gong Yoo in his press conference delivered as follows
“The director told us to use Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise’s relationship in ‘Rain Man’ as our reference. In the film, Seo-bok is always curious, seeing the real world for the first time, and Ki-hun gets a little annoyed. with this,” he said.” This is actually an important emotional scene (between two characters) in our film as well as a part where the audience might be able to relax a little. I also enjoyed filming this scene (with Park), “added the actor.
Seo Bok tells the story of Ki Heon (Gong Yoo), a terminally ill former intelligence agent, being given the task of transporting Seo Bok (Bo-gum) safely, who is the first human clone.
The events become thrilling and action-packed, as the clone holds the secret of immortality, so everyone is trying to get him to extract the secret. Ki Heon has a mission, will do everything in his power and efforts to protect clones from people with malicious intent.
Park Bo Gum himself narrates the trailer because it gives a glimpse of the character’s complicated background.
The actor conveys in his narration that Seobok was the world’s first human clone surrounded by people trying to control him. First, Seobok is described as a ten-year-old boy who has never come out of the lab before. With Ki Heon, she discovers new things, and she begins to wonder why she is so dangerous.
Then Park Bo Gum introduces Ki Heon, a former smart agent who does not live long. A scientist (played by Park Byung Eun) makes a very interesting offer: use Seobok for life. All he has to do is transfer Seobok safely. However, Ki Heon realizes something is wrong, and although the situation is life-threatening, he does whatever he can to protect the clone.
There is also Director Ahn (Jo Woo Jin), an agent who tries to hide Seobok from everyone. He is a conscientious man who must carry out his plan at all costs. Im Se Eun (Jang Young Nam) is the principal researcher who created Seobok. He was the one who took care of the clone and watched it grow and change. However, it is unclear whether he is his friend or enemy.
