The classic Film Bill &Ted finally appeared a sequel, with the title Bill and Ted Face The Music.
For those who do not know this film, then the film began with the first title Bill &Ted’s Excellent Adventure released in 1989. It is one of the box office movies with the theme of time travel sci-fi. The success of the film made many tv series to spin offs that also returned to the box office.
The franchise’s compelling storyline is about two teenagers who save the world through music.The main cast is Alex Winter (Bill) and Keanu Reeves (Ted).
The characters they play always speak to each other, repeating sentences back and forth, and finally finding a solution together.
The opening narration at the beginning of george carlin (Rufus) is in the period of time in 2688 in San Dimas, opened by telling the beauty of the earth compared to the state of other planets, but it almost does not happen because of the work of Bill and Ted, so the passage of time to 1988 must be done to fix the problems created by Bill and Ted.
The film’s opening has implied that the storyline from start to finish is saving the future and there will be plenty of time travel with ludicrous locations.
Bill and Ted had different body language to teenagers in general at the time, and if they had found a solution and agreed it would close with a guitar-playing gesture and a certain distinctive tone would have emerged.

Bill &Ted has a distinctive vocabulary, and is widely used by teenagers who watch at the time such as“Excellent”,“No Way, Yes Way”, “Dude”,“Bogus”,“Station”
With the success of his first film, his second film bill &ted’s Bogus Journey was released in 1991.
The opening narrative at the beginning of the film is in the future period of 2691 AD in San Dimas of De Nomolos(Joss Ackland),again stating there will be a time travel to defeat the dominance of Bill &Ted’s legacy.
The film makes an interesting breakthrough with Bill &Ted’s journey to hell and defeats the life-taking angel played by William Sadler
At the end of the film, it closes with a game of Bill &Ted music accompanied by a life-snatching angel and other characters invited during their time travels together
Finally, the sequel to Bill and Ted Face The Music was released in 2020, which was specially screened through vod platform.
The storyline in the film continues to use the same pattern in its previous franchises: time travel, deadlines to save the world and how Bill &Ted “saved his family”.
In terms of storyline there is no meaningful new development but it becomes a film that harks back to the cultural culture of the 80s.
Bill &Ted Face The Music, can be said to be a film that repeats the sweet times of previous memories, such as the re-encounter with the angel of death, the randomness arising from the misunderstanding of the future characters to the moment Bill &Ted must be reunited with their version of the character in a different time line and of course the world rescue mission that is packed through puzzles around music that they have to play in a certain time and in a certain location.
The puzzle that must be solved turns out to be an interesting twist from the presence of two actresses who play bill &ted children, Brigette Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving as Bill and Ted’s daughter.
